The Ritz Carlton New York NoMad

Our family had a truly memorable stay at the Ritz Nomad. The hotel itself is beautiful of course, but the service was what really stood out. Special shout out to Paulina at the front desk - she made our 3 year old son feel so special, greeting him affectionately every time we went through the lobby, delighting him with treats, etc. Of particular note, there was a morning when I had to bring him to a business meeting in the lobby and she came over with a pack of hot wheel cars to help keep him occupied! It was so thoughtful and above and beyond. All the staff were absolutely lovely and we will cherish the memory of our stay. Thank you!

The Ritz-Carlton NoMad is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and holds a special place in my heart. From the moment you arrive, the experience is elevated — the Front Desk and Concierge teams are exceptional, consistently offering warm, attentive, and personalized service. The rooms are beautifully designed, luxurious, and impeccably clean. Every detail feels intentional, from the decor to the comfort of the beds. Service at the rooftop bar, the lobby bar, and the restaurant is consistently excellent — friendly, professional, and prompt. While I did have one disappointing interaction with a staff member named Barbara at the Front Desk, who was unhelpful and noticeably dismissive, I chose not to let that reflect on the hotel as a whole. The rest of the team more than made up for that experience with their professionalism and care. I look forward to returning and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone seeking a refined and memorable stay in NYC.

The property is three years old and looks and feels brand new. We have found the art, decor, lighting snd atmosphere to be nothing short of exceptional. The staff has been unbelievably attentive. At times almost feeling like they can read our minds. Our room is not only beautiful but amazingly quiet for NYC. If you need a hotel in lower Manhattan this is an excellent choice
