The Ritz Carlton O ahu Turtle Bay

We stayed here for about 8 days and loved most everything about it. We did find the prices to be a bit high for the food and not as much selection as we would’ve liked, but otherwise a wonderful stay. Highlight for me personally was Taylor in Housekeeping, who went above and beyond to help me out with something I’d left behind. She is awesome and totally elevated the experience I had at the Ritz. Thank you Taylor!

Best Vacation of our lives. So many highlights! Puaena our server in the Lobby was incredible at her job… our kids adored her. The Cat Guy in the Bungalows taking care of the resort cats is an amazing human being. Musicians were so talented. And above all the staff were all friendly and helpful. Loved the kindness they showed our kids. And obviously this is the most beautiful hotel in the most beautiful place on earth. We will be back!

The only nice hotel on North Shore, but it's like a "generic" version of Ritz Carlton. Lobby and rooms are nice, food is mid and way over-priced, but where this hotel falls really short of the Ritz name is the service. Valet takes forever even with call/text ahead, and the only way you get good service at pools/restaurants is if your skin tone is really light. I waited over an hour at pools to get service, really sad when you pay such a premium for the hotel stay. Also they nickel and dime you to death, charge for snorkel masks, life vests for kiddos. For this price, I'd do an Air bnb if staying on the north shore.
