A wonderful place to be wins and relax. The staff get to know you and your preferences. The rooms are traditional, spacious and have a coastal theme to them. The restaurants can cater to various dietary preferences like gluten and dairy-free.
The most exceptional hotel stay anybody could ever dream of. All the ladies and gentlemen of the Ritz Carlton Okinawa deserve the highest praise. The property is impeccable, the amenities and activities provided? Stellar. You feel like you are immersed by water, nature, tranquility, elegance, and the most incredible people. Exceptionally thoughtful touches to every aspect of the Ritz Carlton Okinawa. Best hotel I have ever stayed at by far!
Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife at the end of a three week tour around Japan for our honeymoon. Staff made us feel so welcome from the beginning with a lovely glass of champagne and many congrats from staff members. Our check in was delayed by an hour but the room manager invited us to enjoy a complimentary drink as we waited in the bar, which made up for it. The hotel room we stayed in was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in, with ample space and salubrious and comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed a gorgeous massage which I would recommend people add to their booking. The only ‘constructive’ comment I would add is that some of the more basic food and drink can be quite expensive.
