The Ritz Carlton Perth

Outstanding Accommodation, we recently stayed for three nights and couldn’t fault a single thing. All staff members (housekeeping, valet, reception, lounge, cafe staff - literally everyone) were SO friendly, and all went out of their way to create a memorable experience for us. Rooms were clean and well appointed, and serviced each day with the addition of a turn down each evening, so we always had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Spa and pool facilities also lovely, with great views from the sauna. The Club Lounge was also an added bonus! Extended thanks to Farah for seamless communications leading up to our stay, and also to Amanda who checked us both in and out. Definitely the best accommodation in Perth to celebrate any special occasions. We will be staying again for sure!

A Truly Memorable 20th Anniversary at The Ritz-Carlton We recently celebrated our 20-year wedding anniversary at The Ritz-Carlton, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the level of service and attention to detail was truly world-class. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special, treating us with warmth and professionalism throughout. Our room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which offered a delightful variety of high-quality options and added the perfect finishing touch to our mornings. Every aspect of our visit reflected The Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to excellence. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding service we received and will cherish the memories of this special occasion for years to come.

Decent stay despite some gaps in service. The location and views were amazing. Room amenities were decent. Breakfast at Hearth was good with a great spread and quality selection. The details: Check-in was smooth although the room wasn't ready for early check-in despite Marriott membership privileges. We were told that we would be contacted once the room was ready but there wasn't any calls. Had to call for our luggages to be delivered to our room - was expecting them to be there once we obtained our room keys as initially promised by the front desk. Service staff gave a "sewing kit" instead of a "shaving kit" due to some backend miscommunication. Gym and pool facilities were decent but was expecting more space for the gym. Haven't had the chance to try out the spa treatment but I overheard some unpleasant experience from the ladies side due to the male sauna facility being out of order and some gents managed to head over to the ladies side unannounced (!!). There was some concern raised about privacy but the service recovery could be improved upon. Bed was comfortable, room views were splendid. Checking out was smooth. Overall, a decent stay but had a more pleasant experience at the Ritz-Carlton Melbourne.
