My wife and I had the best staycation ever at the Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra. The private pool was so clean, the villa was so relaxing and cool and the staff were all so kind to us throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Hamra Croissant. All in all, a beautiful stay. It’s definitely worth the price you pay for a nice getaway. It’s also very isolated if you want extra privacy.

From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service from every single staff member, the hospitality was absolutely exceptional. The food was simply out of this world – every meal was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help. One of the things I loved most was how they remembered me and welcomed me back with genuine warmth every time. The swimming pool was spotless, the rooms were immaculate, and the beach was calm and relaxing. I also really appreciated their convenient water sports service – offering activities like jet skiing and kayaking right on site, saving me the hassle of finding them elsewhere. A special thanks to Sofiane and Sindbad for their consistently kind and helpful assistance. You both made my stay even more memorable. I can’t wait to return – highly recommended!
I had such a wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton. I celebrated my husband’s birthday there, and they surprised and delighted us even more by bringing a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which happened to be on the same day. Their service was excellent, very fast, and the place offered great privacy. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was also very nice. The pool was very clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent as well. We had our baby with us, and everything was made so easy and comfortable—we didn’t face any difficulties at all. I would especially like to thank Sufian and Sandeep for his outstanding service.
