My best hotel stay thus far!
Of all the hotels I've stayed at, this was the most satisfying. The only downside was that the breakfast tip wasn't optional, but a separate 20% pro tax.
The staff in the lobby on the first floor here still say that the service at the hotel in Oahu, Hawaii is five stars. The service at the entrance of the hotel starting with 4 on the West Coast is very poor.
