The Ritz Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach

Every single staff member at this hotel was warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless and felt brand new. I had briefly mentioned my daughter’s allergies, and to my surprise, they brought in an air purifier without me even asking, it’s those thoughtful little details that set this hotel apart. The on site bakery was a standout, making breakfast and snack time both easy and delicious. The quality was truly exceptional. The location is also unbeatable within walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning next time we’re in Waikiki.

The room we had, consisted of a kitchenette with a two burner stove, a fridge with ice maker, a microwave/stove and a sink. It was also fully equipped with dishes pots pants and anything you might hut need to cook in. The room also consisted of a washer and a dryer. The room had ocean views also. The service was great from the staff. The food on the property was also good but you are within walking distance to many food places. The pool was also great, the beach is also within walking distance. This hotel is phenomenal!

We loved our stay here and would absolutely come back!!! Only giving 4 stars because the food you order to the pool is overpriced and not the best quality. Had the quality been there we honestly wouldn’t have minded but that wasn’t the case for us. We also didn’t love the additional fee you get charged for charging things to your room or the are of the beach that’s closest to the hotel. However, the service was AMAZING and we LOVED our room. All of the staff were kind, attentive, thoughtful, and they all went above and beyond at any given opportunity.
