The Ritz Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee

We live nearby and have stayed here many times since it opened over two decades ago. Stayed two nights this week for my wife's birthday and had a family member there as well. Great time and great food! So many significant renovations and enhancements over the years and it just keeps getting better and better. It's a perfect getaway for adults with or without kids. There is something for everyone to do.

The sevice is spectacular. The food is delicious. The resort is full of little spots to discover and spend time in. It has something for everyone. There is a full pool with a splash pad for little kids, and an infinity pool with a jacuzzi for people over 13 years old. There is a play structure, swings, play areas and a Ritz kids club. The lake is wonderful and there are chairs for you to spend your time on. Of course you can order food and drinks to your chair, as well as fresh towels. There are plenty of food options on site and it is all delicious. My favorite dish was from room service and it was the Gnocchi. Can’t wait to have it again! There are bikes to rent on the property and lush hiking and biking trails. If you like to golf, there is that too. Everybody on staff was super friendly. Loved it!

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel at home — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. The amenities were just as impressive: a serene spa, a sparkling pool, and a well-equipped gym. Every corner of the hotel was thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and indulgence.
