The Ritz Carlton Sarasota

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota during our family summer holiday to Florida in July 2024 and were impressed from the start. Sarasota feels like an upscale, peaceful village with a vibrant downtown that is perfect for walking around and full of great restaurants and bars. The hotel is super luxurious. We had rooms overlooking the marina with Club Lounge access, and the experience was outstanding. The food, the service, and especially the staff were all top-notch, professional, friendly, and always helpful. The pool at the main hotel was calm and relaxing, but the real highlight was the complimentary luxury shuttle to their exclusive Beach Club at Lido Key (about 15 minutes away). Lido Beach is a gem on Lido Key, just off Sarasota, offering a laid-back yet refined beach experience. The beach was stunning, the swimming was perfect, and there was even a large pool by the beach to enjoy. It was the best of both worlds—luxury and nature in harmony. This wasn’t just a five-star stay—it was truly beyond expectations. Huge thanks to the entire team. Highly recommended!

We spent 4 glorious days here at the Ritz-Carlton. The hotel is in walking distance to shops and stores, although the heat can be exhausting, and I chose sundown for our stroll to their downtown. Rooms are clean, pool is well looked after with attendants in constant lookout for what you need. Kayaks are also provided starting at 10 AM! This is such an added bonus for water and shoreline access! They have free shuttles that take you to and from their Lido Key Beach Club! We had such an epic time!

My husband and I had the best time. We loved the shuttle to the beach and the beaches in private beach service. At the hotel we loved McKenzie and Current at Jack Dusty! And at the beach Chase and David! We had the best time. It was the most relaxing trip and we loved every second of it. We were celebrating a birthday and it was so nice. We will definitely be back. The resort was beautiful!
