Lovely hotel, love the view at the bathroom. Food was good, had 6 types of pillow to select, friendly staff. Gym was great, best hotel gym I’ve been. They even had free body fat measuring machine and trainers

Great stay for relaxing time. Manager Erick Lu went all the way out to make our stay a pleasant one. The lounge in Typhoon 10 is as peaceful and warm as the best day. That’s why Ritz is Ritz.

The room is really old as if it is a China hotel from 2000 era. The lobby looks shabby. Room carpet is really dirty. Hotel staffs are super amazing and made up for the poor room quality. The check-in counter offered me a quieter room because certain floors are undergoing renovation and gave me a junior suite. Which is a huge positive. The buffet breakfast is poor quality and the team cleared my table when I am getting food. Throwing away my big packet of wet wipes and took the bill that was not signed. When I reminded them of the bill that I would need to sign, they told me it was on the table as if I cleared it.
