The Ritz Carlton South Beach

The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach is everything you want in a luxury Miami getaway. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach and just steps from Lincoln Road, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and all the South Beach action. The property itself is stunning, blending classic Art Deco elegance with modern updates that give it a fresh, clean feel without losing its charm. The rooms are beautiful, the pool area is calm and relaxing, and the beach setup with lounge chairs and umbrellas makes it incredibly easy to just kick back and enjoy the ocean. What really takes it over the top is the service. Everyone from the front desk to the beach attendants and restaurant staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. You feel genuinely cared for the entire time you’re there. The food and drinks across the property are excellent too—especially if you’re into Mediterranean flavors and beachfront cocktails. It’s definitely not the cheapest stay, but you’re paying for a full experience, and in this case, it’s absolutely worth it. Five stars all the way.

My friends and I went here with a resort pass for our last day of my bachelorette trip. The experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was so accommodating and really made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The manager, Ingrid, went out of her way to make sure there was enough seats for our party and was extremely sweet. We also were helped by our server Daryl and assisted by Santiago who were both professional and so kind. We really appreciated the hospitality and will make sure to stay there the next time we go!

It was a busy weekend, prices were higher than usual. Amazing location right at the beach and Lincoln Road in the heart of South Beach. Staff were great, helpful and courteous. Valet and team at the entrance was absolutely amazing. Always friendly, greeting with smile, trying to assist and open the door. Their manager was a fabulous young lady who kept everything seamless at all the time! She is the star and highlight of the hotel! We felt like it was a real Ritz Carlton service that you don’t really see often any more. Overall great stay! Thank you !
