The Ritz Carlton St. Thomas

We stayed at the Ritz condos. So nice. The food was very good and the pools. We also went on the Yacht for a sunset cruise. Highly recommend. It was very quiet when we went and was not over crowded in October for fall break last year. The staff was helpful. There was a large settlement of seaweed there but that was not their fault. We went snorkeling At st John and Virgin Islands so it wasn’t a big deal. The iguanas were funny.

Beautiful property! Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff were great! It was nice to be able to take a snorkel tour right off of the beach. Food at the restaurant outlets were all great. We really liked Coconut Cove for the locals style food. The pool has amazing views of the Caribbean!

I must say the service here was great and the food was decent. The rooms were spacious and the property felt safe. For this price point... the team here HAS to step up the cleanliness. Nothing in the room "felt" clean as many others have stated. I had my own Clorox wipes and wiped down as much as I could but for the price point that is absolutely ridiculous. Due to the rooms/linen not being clean I would recommend staying elsewhere. Good place to relax and getaway, but they dont seem to have any events or fun things going on on-site. Also there's a kids pool and a splash pad but most of the kids end up in the other pool... Would not stay at this location again. Step it up guys.
