This stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous attention to detail and the genuine warmth of the staff. * Small touches: The Dyson hairdryer, the jar of bath salts, and the unexpected complimentary parking if you use their limited self parking spots and mention to the doorman upon leaving your room number and name that you are a guest departing were delightful surprises. * Proactive service: The staff consistently anticipated my needs. Upon arrival, the doorman offered to assist with my luggage, and the lobby ambassador kindly guided me to the front desk. * Personalized service: Susan at the front desk made check-in seamless by leaving a key easily accessible as well as courteously handing my keys with two hands. Housekeeping staff, Selena, greeted me warmly and respectfully while I was walking the hallways. * Anniversary surprise: The personalized welcome letter, rose petals spelling "LOVE," and towel swans were a truly special touch for my anniversary. Thank you Jordan and Jeffi! * Immaculate room: The room was spotless, with no dust or signs of wear and tear. The attention to detail was evident in the pristine condition and thoughtful design. * Thoughtful technology: The key card system that automatically selected the floor was a convenient and impressive touch. * Going the extra mile: The security guard personally guided me to the entrance, and the lifeguard proactively draped a towel over me as I left the pool. The pool attendant's offer of a plastic bag for wet clothes was a thoughtful gesture. * Warm farewell: Even the spa front desk staff went above and beyond, offering a farewell gift and assisting with the elevator. These small details, combined with the genuine kindness of every staff member, created an exceptional and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly personalized and luxurious experience.

If you’re in Tianjin and looking for an accommodation in luxurious style, this is will be, for my judgment, the best choice you can make. For sure we will be back as soon as we are around.

The lobby area and the lounge are some of the most atmospheric places to have tea in Tianjin. Probably the reason why most of the people come here would be for their iconic afternoon tea set. However, we found out that the portions here are much bigger than what we expected. Although I do recommend their afternoon tea, it is totally fine to just casually walk in and choose one or two desserts from the menu. (This at least worked for the 3 of us) Despite having a beautiful atmosphere, though, I do have to mention that the service here wasn't top-notch. As we walked into the lounge, not only did no one greet us, but also they didn't mention that the table we chose was reserved. We were eventually told this 15 minutes after sitting, and they didn't even hand us the menu before I asked them to do so. In addition to this, only the general manager of the lounge was able to speak English fluently. (This was shown when my dad tried to order who didn't speak Mandarin.) On the hardware aspect, though, the venue offered an unparalleled experience with a very unique style that can not be found here in Tianjin. Overall, it was a pity to see this hotel struggling to offer the creme de la creme customer experience despite its huge potential to be the dominant leader in the Tianjin hotel scene. (The reason why there is no star rating for the room is because I stayed at the Four Seasons and visited here just for the tea.)
