The Ritz Carlton Wolfsburg

An unforgettable experience! We stayed for one night on our way to Berlin. We arrived at almost 12pm and the room was ready for our family. We were upgraded to a room as a benefit of our Platinum tier. Thank you for organizing the event, Minjeong. Other than that, the hotel breakfast was delicious and basically a very well maintained hotel. It's a pity that I couldn't take many photos due to my tired schedule.

What a great hotel!! We came to Wolfsburg to see Autostadt since our boy likes anything to do with cars. At check in we got surprisingly got upgraded to a signature suite, which is huge with tasteful deco. Thanks a lot, Minjeong, Irina and Nicole! Our boy loved the complimentary chocolates and kids bathrobe. That was very considerate since he does not get kids bathrobe often in other 5 star hotels. The heated swimming is very long, suitable for proper swim. There is spa for male/female mixed and for female only. The staff at the spa was friendly, sorry I cant remember her name. Breakfast was great with plenty of healthy choices like fresh fruits, salmon, guacamole etc. Also omelette, pancake, waffle and more can be ordered too. It is a lovely hotel in all with great staff. We will be back again when we visit Autostadt again.

We had high expectations, especially for such a special occasion, but were let down. Room service was extremely slow, with items missing and cold food (fries were inedible). Staff was friendly but clearly overwhelmed. Long waits everywhere. The rooms are quiet but feel outdated and lack style. Sadly, one person in our group had a special day ruined by the experience. Definitely not what you’d expect from a Ritz-Carlton. and I’m personally shocked that it is a thing to like the view of a fabric. Ngl Worst room service ever 1/10 stars - wrong order and in bad quality and long wait time
