I always stay here for work travel and have been in a couple of different rooms. I love it! The building is beautiful and always clean. The staff are lovely and check in / out is always a breeze. It’s in a lovely spot with lots of food options and a river side walk in walking distance. I love staying here.
No complaints here. If you're expecting a check in desk... there isn't one. Just read the instructions on the text they send on the day. Getting into your room is easy once you find it. Building is stunning. I wish they opened the bar at night because the common area is beautiful. Quiet place. Clean rooms. Close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast is nice - continental. There's no workers around, but if you call the after hours number, they're very helpful. I'd recommend this place if you're self sufficient.
We stayed for one night at The Riversleigh on our way to another destination. The text message instructions about where to locate our room, gain entry and access wi-fi and other guest information was timely and convenient. The room was comfortable and had all needed amenities. The complimentary continental breakfast was lovely and the staff member we spoke with (D) was genuinely friendly and helpful. We'd happily stay here again and recommend to others. The location and setting was relaxing and beautiful. Thanks for a great stay.
