Great place to stay. We only stayed here for one night, but I’d love to stay more. The place was exceptionally clean, well-decorated, all the towels and bedsheets were clean, no odors in the room. Two 7-11s nearby, a Big C, food places, beach 5 minutes away. Absolutely recommend to stay here.

If it weren’t for the loud operation of the air conditioner, I would have given 5 stars. The hotel is clean and has a pleasant scent throughout. The bathroom is excellent, with hot water at high pressure. There were also complimentary toothbrush kits and other essentials provided. The bathrobes are of high quality. The bed is very comfortable, and the bed linen is good quality and pleasant to the touch. The towels are thick and soft. The room is equipped with a tea and coffee set. The pool is small but a nice place to sit and relax. I would have stayed longer if the air conditioner worked better. First, it didn’t cool properly — even though I set it to 21°C at maximum power, the temperature in the room remained higher. Second, the external unit was extremely loud, and because of the noise, I slept poorly and for too short a time. The external unit was located right behind the wall next to the bed. The staff was willing to change my room, but the other room they showed me had the same problem with the noisy air conditioner.

They really don't deserve the high rating. I've stayed in a one bedroom "apartment". During my stay there was a construction going on at the top floor. I didn't know about this construction beforehand, only when I arrived I saw a sign stating there is construction. Upon check in they gave me a room on a high floor and I asked specifically if there is going to be noise due to the construction and they said the last day of the construction was supposed to be on that same day when I checked in. I was happy to hear that.. however that was not the case at all, and during the next 2 days I kept hearing constant drilling and hammering noises throughout the day. I kept thinking maybe it will end soon because that's what they said when I checked in, but it didn't end. Had I known there would be so much noises for so long of course I would have insisted to be moved to another room. The "apartment" room type is not really an apartment at all. There is a very small mini fridge which can't store much (2 bottles of water and you run out of space), there is a stove but you are not allowed to use... no kitchen utensils at all, not even a fork, let alone plates or pan/pot. There is also no microwave. There is a kitchen sink but not sure what you're suppose to do with it if you can't cook and can't eat . In addition, the TV in the "living room" is very small and the curtains in the living room don't provide complete blackout due to the curtain rails structure . Luckily in the bedroom they were fine. I believe the curtains in the living room are the same curtains in the Deluxe room type. It's not terrible, but just a bit annoying. Soundproofing is TERRIBLE. When you walk in the corridor you can hear everything that happens inside the rooms, even when they speak quietly. The opposite is also true and when inside the room you can hear everything that's going on in the corridor. However, except for that, when inside the room I couldn't hear neighbors, but I'm not sure if it's because of decent soundproofing between rooms or because the adjacent rooms were not occupied. Just keep in mind that if you want privacy (i.e. when talking, when video calling, when watching tv), you're not going to get it because everything can be heard in the corridor. Lastly, I had a small misunderstanding regarding the water bottles they give you. There are 2 sets of water bottles - 2 free ones, and 3 which can be found in the mini fridge. Initially I didn't see the 2 free bottles, only saw the 3 ones in the fridge.. being used to other hotels which don't have this weird separation, I just drank those from the fridge, for me it's just water, I didn't think they are "special". When I checked out they charged me with 90 baht for those 3 small bottles. This is , in my opinion, very very expensive for small bottles of water, no matter the brand. I made a mistake because it was very confusing. I honestly don't know who in their right mind , would knowingly drink these water bottles when there are equally good mineral water for free. I made a mistake but they didn't care. The good points are the location, the price, and the good internet.
