Ashiq went above and beyond—having someone like him at the front desk is truly a pleasure. He’s professional, welcoming, and clearly knows what he’s doing. The entire hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and all the staff made me feel at home. The breakfast was great, and the room was very comfortable and clean. This was my first time in Cape Town, and staying at this hotel was definitely a great choice. I will absolutely be back again!

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient. They checked me in seamlessly and provided me with all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. The housekeeping staff were diligent and thorough, ensuring that my room was always spotless and comfortable. The maintenance staff were also prompt and responsive, addressing any issues that arose during my stay. However, what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service I received at the restaurant. The bartender/server he has dread locks 🌸surprised me with a delicious Happy Birthday cake, which completely turned my day around. I had been feeling down about celebrating my birthday, but the cake and the staff's thoughtful gesture lifted my mood entirely. It was such a kind and unexpected touch, and I'm so grateful for the team's attention to detail. The concierge team were also fantastic, providing me with valuable suggestions and recommendations that enhanced my stay. Their knowledge and enthusiasm were impressive, and I appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond. To the Rockefeller team, I want to extend my sincerest gratitude. The management has clearly hired an exceptional team of staff who are dedicated to providing outstanding service. I never leave reviews, but you got to give credit when and where it's due. I took my wife here today for breakfast, on her special day. The food was nice and there was a good variety. But what made it really special was the treatment from the staff, in particular a guy by the name of Nabeel. He made sure that we were having a good time and going above and beyond to make wife's day extra special. Thanks, it was highly appreciated.
