The Rockley Hotel

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The owner was a lovely chap and his breakfasts was the best we've had in a long time! We just had the wrong room it was tiny and too hot even with the fan provided!

Fantastic hosts in Graham, we were made to feel very welcome and couldn’t of asked for more. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. We enjoyed our stay that much we’ve booked for our next to trips to Blackpool. We booked this hotel for its location just 5 minutes walk to the winter garden and the sea front. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality

Interesting establishment. The decor, furniture's definitely need a refurbishment. The stairs bannister felt sticky, the chairs in the breakfast room need replacing, my room had to be the smallest twin room known to man and ridiculously hot, even with the window open.. and the only positive thing about this place is Graham who manages the place. Nothing is too much bother and he makes a great breakfast. Would I recommend staying here 🤔 probably not. However the owner has a more modern b n b two doors down the road. Location perfect for work. And very close to the shopping 🛍 centre. If you're visiting for a stag or hen do then this place will probably do. Bedroom furniture was broke and the shower could not be adjusted otherwise it would come away from the wall and end up in your hand... so don't touch anything! Room 2.
