Still I didn’t see rooms but service in the reception Edgar and Alina was so helpful I will add more reviews during my stay

Russian 🇷🇺 Hotel 1- The Hotel Management claimed that they are 5 Starts Hotel Level and the truth is they are below 4 Star Standard due to the following reasons:- 1- The Air Conditioning was Not working and for 3 nights was Not fixed despite continuous follow-up. 2- The Bath Tap has water blockage and it took them 2 days to be fixed. 3- The rooms and corridors having an uncomfortable smell which is inappropriate with the International Hotels. 4- The Hotel websites have a lot of beautiful and attractive photos which are very old and doesn’t reflect the reality once you checked in so please be extra careful in choosing this Hotel. Remarks: The Hotel has Three (3) different Names:- 1- The Rooms Boutique Hotel 2- Golden Rums 3- Taganka Hotel The Question poses itself .. WHY ??? Final Note: please be advised that while you are talking shower if you spell or drops waters on the toilet you will be subjected to fine which will cost you 25,000 Ruble.

My stay was terrible. I reached hotel at 12 am night with my family after a long flight, I discovered that they gave my room to different guest despite I booked online🤬. It was really a bad situation as we were dead tired and wanted to sleep and couldn't search again for another hotel. After a long discussion, they accepted to give me a different room. I took the keys and went to room, opened the door and found 2 men sleeping 😱. I retured back to reception with my bags 🥴. They appologized and gave me another room. Another main point, photos of rooms that you will see online is totally different from what you will get. Also, they mentioned (extra bed is included), but they told me they don't have.
