The Rose Chicago Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Really super great hotel. They are so welcoming of pets. Their ad even has the dog snoozing on the bed. We come here for Fourth of July holidays to escape the noise of the city. You can watch the fireworks and planes flying outside but hear nothing . The rooms are soundproof and very comfortable beds are very nice. You control your own temperature. The best part of this hotel, though is the staff. They are professional always on top of everything And they make you feel welcome. Everyone from Housekeeping to the ladies that greet you at the front door to kitchen and bar staff. But specially Marilyn - she was so kind - gave us some perks that were unexpected but highly appreciated… Thank you so much. Will be back next year !!

Alejandro was outstanding. He made us feel welcome and lightened the mood due to our connecting flight leaving without us due to our first flight being delayed by the weather and therefore having to cancel original travel plans. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to O’Hare which was a blessing and so helpful. Not to mention the decor and was a whole vibe and I wish I could spend more time here. I very much recommend this hotel and will be back!

I liked the ability to check in and check out in my Hilton app and the digital key for room, elevator and parking was very convenient. Great location to where I needed to be. No ability to watch anything else but local television. No streaming or on demand (as advertised) availability. The WORST was no body soap in the shower. I couldn’t call down because I was already in the shower. I was also woken up by someone going up and down the hallways knocking on doors at 7am. Way better amenities at other Hilton hotels. This one really didn’t stand up to the expectations I assumed for a Hilton property.
