Our family recently stayed at this hotel during a very difficult time, following the passing of my wife. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for with kindness and compassion. Alexa at the front desk was especially wonderful — she patiently answered every question we had and made sure all of our needs were met without hesitation. Her warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression on our entire family. We also enjoyed a lovely meal in the hotel’s restaurant with our out-of-town guests, where the food was excellent and the service attentive. In a time when comfort and care meant more than ever, this hotel and its team truly made a difference for us. We are sincerely grateful for their support and hospitality.
Truly a great experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and the team was super helpful throughout my stay. When my flight got delayed, they kindly worked with me to arrange a late check-out, which I really appreciated. There’s even a restaurant on-site, perfect if you’re feeling a little lazy like I was. Honestly, I loved my time here and would absolutely stay again!
Prime Location, But Service Falls Short of Hilton Standards As a loyal Hilton guest—choosing the brand for nearly all of my travels—I’ve come to appreciate the consistent warmth and professionalism that typically define the Hilton experience. Unfortunately, during my recent stay at this property, the customer service at the front desk did not live up to those expectations. While the hotel benefits from an excellent location, the front desk staff lacked the friendliness and attentiveness I’ve grown accustomed to across the Hilton portfolio. The interactions felt transactional rather than welcoming, which was disappointing and surprising for a brand that usually excels in hospitality. Hilton has set a high bar for guest experience, and this particular stay did not reflect the brand values of service, care, and comfort that I’ve come to rely on. I hope to see improvements in staff engagement and hospitality moving forward.
