The Roundabout Hotel

Lovely stay at The Roundabout hotel with my partner. Room was clean, the food was delicious - highly recommend the chicken supreme 👌 Staff very kind & helpful, nothing was too much for them! With access to the south downs & local villages. Very cute & quiet place to stay

My colleague and I stayed for a week on business and WOW. -Andy and Sue the managers were excellent, welcoming and by the end of the week almost like family. - The setting and location as well as decor of the hotel is quaint, period and “ Chocolate Box” perfect. - The staff were polite, efficient and very helpful. - Best part…. The food, we enjoyed every dish, the deserts were mouth watering and ingredients sourced locally. So much so I wanted to bring the chef home with me. We cannot recommend this hotel more than if you want quiet relaxing break with outstanding rooms, quality food and brilliant service, the Roundabout Hotel is where to do it. Thank you for an amazing week, will come back again.

Tea, coffee and sandwiches organised post funeral after the passing of my grandmother who lived locally. I have never eaten a sandwich with bread so terrible, the sandwiches must have been made days in advance. We were not expecting fresh sourdough, soft regular processed bread would have been fine. Very disappointing given the cost of £400+ for what we received. My mother didn’t complain at the time given we’d just been to the funeral so didn’t feel like the right moment. Hopefully the owner/ manager sees this - at a minimum you should speak to your chef, and if you’d like to go one step further to recompense please donate to cancer research UK.
