I was very impressed by the attentive & friendly staff from reception, concierge and the hotel shuttle service. Their impeccable service makes my stay here very enjoyable. Highly recommended! The room size is spacious and clean. Moreover, hotel is so conveniently located beside the shopping malls & train station. I will come back again the next visit .

Great hotel that recommended to anyone who wishes to book.Hotel provides shuttle bus service to various key point location that you can get access to MTR to go anywhere in Hong Kong. Room is clean and spacious, view is good and nearby connect to several malls that you can find good food and shopping. Another thumb up praise to the driver, Sam who picks us from different locations drop off point. A friendly, good service excellence person who is very helpful and polite. We love Sam who gives lots of recommendation to us where to go in Hong Kong. The down side is the hotel corridor is too dim especially and also the hotel should provide mineral water for guests when heading out or even put inside the room. No shower cap as well.. for people who don't like to wash their hair. No door locking latch as security and basically the door bell doesn't able to be heard . When we ask for ice for wine, it should be serve with ice bucket and not just ice in a Ziploc bag! ?

My family stayed for 3 weeks. The service was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Cleanliness is acceptable, although my family of 4 was not particularly demanding and messy. Overall it was a good experience.
