The Royal Horseguards Hotel London

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping staff were incredibly thorough and attentive, always ensuring everything was fresh and tidy. Towels were changed regularly, and the bed was made perfectly each day. The hotel itself is beautifully kept, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The common areas are clean and well-organized, making it a pleasure to walk through the lobby or enjoy a coffee in the lounge. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service

Had a lovely Afternoon Tea, lovely setting and fantastic service. Saw a few negative reviews when looking to book our voucher but very glad we chose to try it for ourselves. We had a young lady training look after us called Divine. She was fantastic! Even gave us a surprise Anniversary cup cake. Raja was also very attentive. Thank you, will definitely return.

Location: Conveniently close to the city centre; about a 15-minute walk to popular tourist spots. Breakfast: Choices are the same everyday. Often offer a table that is far away from the buffet/ even close to somewhere there is water dripping. Facilities: Quite dated—especially the lift and room door. Bathroom: Spacious and comfortable, with a warm towel rack that was a nice feature. Minibar Service: Disappointed that the minibar wasn’t refilled on the last night. Reception promised delivery after a call, but it never arrived.
