it is very nice and Vintage hotel. room's condition was perfect. i don't know this service are available now. but when I was here, I can use family sauna room with free of charge after simple reservation. all staff are very friendly and gentle.

Great location and the hotel is good albeit dated, but rooms are comfortable. Maybe we caught a bad time but staff was unpleasant and unfriendly, like we were in their way. quite disappointing because in the past they were super friendly

I've stayed here before - it was much better last time! I paid a single supplement and got a room with two single beds... Apparently they've discovered asbestos in the bierkeller so there's no longer any evening meals served. You have to go to the restaurant next door... There's no bar!!! Okay, there is a bar, but they have no staff. Therefore if you want a bottle of beer you have to visit the vending machine near the lift on the ground floor. Buy one, then sit at the bar where there's a bottle opener. It was disappointing. The Erzgebirge area is ace as are the local attractions such as the narrow gauge railways. I was disappointed with the hotel. ☹️
