The service is simply poor. Doesn’t matter how fancy a place seem to be, if the service is poor, it’s a waste of money. The receptionist lied to me from arrival to departure. No hot water on a morning of -5 degrees! Two hours later I had to run to another room at the other end of the hotel to shower, not even an apology for the inconvenience! Don’t have a special diet too as it’s like they doing you a favour to assist you! It’s not the first time I encounter the place like this, it’s unfortunate work books there often, but if it was my money, forget! Unless you prefer substandard service.

We visited this restaurant for Mother’s Day lunch, but the service was extremely poor. When we called to make a reservation, we were informed that we didn’t need to. Upon arriving, the restaurant was packed, and we had to wait for about an hour and a half before being seated at a table that wasn’t even prepared. I had to walk inside to get the waiter to take our drinks order, which took an eternity. Our order started, but we left before even receiving our starters, which I assumed the order was not being placed.
