Location superb! Friendly staff and most importantly the room was incredibly spacious. We traveled with our toddler, we had a suite and really enjoyed our privacy and space. Guests did not have access to this floor unless staying in one of the suite rooms, which made for excellent security - given we traveled with a wandering toddler. The breakfast was great, one of the best we had in all our trip to many locations while in Japan. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay! The only downside to this hotel is the awkward navigation to the hotel itself. You need to go to the 24th floor before taking another elevator up to your room. Other than that, my stay was wonderful. Comfy cozy rooms, nice spacious bathroom with a great shower. Amazing views of Tokyo Tower and the train tracks as well as all the city. Staff is wonderful on all accounts. I would love to stay here again
