Our stay at the resort was truly memorable! The property is nestled in the middle of nature, offering a peaceful and refreshing environment. We went on a in-house horse ride and were delighted to meet three adorable furry babies ( pets) —such a heartwarming experience! The hospitality was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Bhagvan singh from the restaurant for his kind and personalized service—he really made us feel at home. Also, the flute artist was amazing during the breakfast. We had a lot of fun and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature.
It is 3 star property. It is not for family or for honeymoon. Property is more suitable for group bookings for office and wedding functions. Food is ok, not great. Swimming pool is not clean. You need to have your car/ bus to reach to resort.
The property is very big and really beautiful, the rooms are also nice, but the staff is ABSOLUTELY NOT WARM. No sense of hospitality especially the Restaurant Manager and the Receptionist Mr. ISHWAR. The intercom in our room was not working and we asked him for someone to come and fix it he couldn’t send anyone, we requested him to place an order for coffee in our room since our intercom wasn’t connecting to any other number other than the reception he refused to do that also. He doesn’t know how he’s supposed to talk to the guest for 3 days we had to struggle to order any food in the room or call for a golf cart. And our room was so far from the reception in the Queens block. It will be great if you recruit some hospitable staff.
