We stayed 4 nights in a spacious river-view suite at The Royal Sonesta Boston, and it was an absolute joy from start to finish! The room was large, super quiet (perfect with a baby!), and had two comfy beds plus a huge TV that our kids loved. The internet was strong and reliable, which made working remotely a breeze. Breakfast was delicious every morning, the pool was amazing, and the hotel’s location—just steps from CambridgeSide mall—was incredibly convenient. Housekeeping was so thoughtful, always checking in only when our baby was awake, and generously giving us more towels than we needed for our group of five. Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. This hotel was a true lifesaver and gave our work-holiday the perfect ending. Highly recommend for families, business travelers, or anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a prime Boston location! Thank you

We stayed two nights the last weekend of July. At check-in around 11 PM, we still had to wait 15 minutes while staff “made sure the room was ready” — despite a 4 PM check-in time. The room’s AC didn’t work. It was hot, muggy, and very uncomfortable. About two hours later, Ty from maintenance confirmed a part needed replacing and brought us a fan. No one offered us another room, which was very disappointing, especially considering we had children with us. The next morning, hotel manager Christina acted quickly: moved us to a new room, apologized, gave a restaurant discount, applied a percentage off the first night, and even covered our parking at checkout. Her actions made a huge difference and deserve some recognition. I hope the hotel better checks rooms before assigning them and trains front desk staff to provide real solutions. Thank you again, Christina, for your attention to this matter. I was very impressed by your professionalism.

Don't stay here! Service is terrible. We booked a room for 3 people with a king bed and requested a cot. Get to the room and there's only a king bed. " Sorry we are out of cots and the best we can do is provide extra bedding " so someone can sleep on the floor! Wow that is not acceptable. At this price point and having to pay to self park with horrible service so yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This hotel seems to be poorly managed. They dont seem to know what's going on or care about the customers. Poorly staffed . It takes a long time to get anyone on the phone
