Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Service! The hotel was wonderful, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. Michelle at the front desk was a godsend — incredibly welcoming, kind, attentive, and accommodating. There aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for her warmth and hospitality. She truly went above and beyond. The valet team was also fantastic — always helpful and greeted everyone with a smile. From start to finish, everything was seamless and pleasant. Highly recommend! Ps - Michelle was great and lovely. If you get her you struck gold !

Stayed here because of an emergency. Checked in at about 9pm and the front desk (especially Ms. Michelle) was incredibly welcoming and sympathetic to my situation. The room was large, bed/pillows super comfortable, bathroom felt clean, had a small fridge. The price was reasonable. I wish there was a free breakfast and the vending machine offered more. Overall though would recommend to anyone.

I would love to rate this hotel with a zero! I called reservation and her focus was to get me to join their membership and less about my stay. I stated I was online looking at their rates and wanted to know what was the best options for discounts, since I qualified for multiple discounts. Also provided the rate for two days and was told I may have put in the wrong dates. Provided the dates and requested another member, which was refused. Asked for a supervisor and she hung up. Called the hotel again to see if they could book it and was placed on hold. Poor customer service with so many hotels in the area. Taking my funds and business elsewhere
