The Royal Sonesta San Juan

The room was spacious and clean , that gave free bottles of water each day, house cleaners did their job, the view was top tier beautiful the outside of the building was beautiful. It was nice that you could to other hotel that might have activities going that you would like to participate in, Royal Sonesta gives you a bracelet that get you into your room and it keep track of you if you leave off the primacy. This hotel has five restaurants to choose from, if you want to stay on resort,I recommend to go out and get local food also!

A fantastic resort hotel with a great beach steps from the property. The staff were all helpful and willing to accommodate our needs. We had purchased a whole pineapple at a fruit stand and had no way of cutting it. We mentioned this to a staff member, and they were able and willing to bring it to their kitchens and dice it for us. Incredible service. The room was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Royal Sonesta is a place I won’t be coming back anytime soon. To start, the room was dirty with stained shower towels. The complimentary soap/shampoo/conditioner was less than up to par for how much they charge per night. Luckily I brought my own. Next was the service, the security at the lobby level continued to question my presence as a guests. The location was the only good thing next to the beach but that was the only pleasant part of staying there.
