I recently stayed at Royale Senate, and I was very impressed with the service. Esther at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home right away. Mohammad was also great, ensuring the travel arrangements smoothly and giving excellent service. The staff clearly cares about their guests, making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Good hotel which is value for money. The location is excellent as it is on the main road. It is conveniently located from the airport as well. Food is fine. But breakfast was very minimal. Had to ask them to get the breakfast buffet items a few times... However, even after that didn't get what was ordered...so gave up. Room service was fine.

One of the worst hotels.. Staff has no dignity.. when you are in the Hospitality industry, you should know how to behave with customers.. we paid INR 30000 (Thirty Thousand) for 3 night stay only to get rude behaviour from Mr. Harsha who cliams to be the manager of the hotel. The management should take strict action against this man as he has misbehaved over the call and has no decency to talk with customers.. Also prior requests were not even considered and upon asking Mr.Harsha was very rude and not even ready to listen. Not going to recommend this hotel to anybody only because of low quality staff like Mr. HARSHA and frontdesk lady who are not qualified to be in the hospitality Industry.
