The Rubber Hotel Phuket

While I was sorting out issues at Thalang Hospital. It was quiet, with two pools, and comfortable beds. Staff were pleasant enough. Book your room through an app. Cheaper than the walk-in rate.

Amenities are good, there are 2 swimming pools in the hotel. The rooms are fresh, everything is working as expected, except they have very poor noise isolation and you can hear everything. The main problem is that the hotel is located very far from everything. There is literally nothing in the walkable area except 7/11 and a hospital. There is nothing to do, nothing to eat, nowhere to go. Now, this would be fine if they had bikes or any other transport for rent, so I could easily navigate around and get to the beach for example, but... They don't have bikes, moreover they don't know where to rent bikes and there is no renting service in the area. You are literally stuck in this place unless you want to travel around by taxi. I sincerely don't understand why it is that hard to get a bike here. Probably the only reasonable option is to stay one night here before or after the airport.

The hotel can be considered okay for one or two nights stay but not more than that. The pool is good as it has a nice nature view and the location with 7-Eleven and Lotus mall nearby. The facilities are poor with less tissues, only 2 bottle water until next day room cleaning, no hand soap with little assistance as you have to go and get everything for the stay. Overall was not very happy with the stay.
