The room was spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed, and the underground parking made things super convenient. It was an easy drive to the Confluence shopping center, which has a nice variety of dining options. If you're staying over the weekend, don't miss the Sunday brunch, definitely worth it. The hotel staff were excellent, though the restaurant team could use a bit of improvement. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again.
A great hotel. The staff is very attentive and super nice. They are not only kid friendly but dog friendly. The hallways are a little dark but the overall vibe of the hotel is lovely.
We made an unplanned stop in Lyon at the Hotel Ruck due to a car breakdown. A big praise and thank you for the friendliness and support. Everyone here was very nice and helpful from the security to the reception and the service in the restaurant 5 stars :-) Merci
