The RuMa Hotel and Residences

We stayed at The RuMa Hotel in Kuala Lumpur this May for our honeymoon and had an exceptional experience. The room was beautifully modern, with a stunning city view and all the amenities you could ask for. The location is also ideal—very central and convenient for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which featured an incredibly wide selection of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The room service menu also offered a great variety, and everything we ordered was excellent. The swimming pool area was another standout—modern, peaceful, and offering amazing views of the city skyline. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out. All the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, always going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Overall, The RuMa offered the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience. We would absolutely recommend it, especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon.

We had such a great stay at The RuMa during our time in Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and professional. It really felt like they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and super relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a really nice, calming vibe. We loved the little touches throughout the stay that made it feel special, not just another hotel. The pool area was a great spot to unwind, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Overall, it was such a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in KL. Highly recommend The RuMa if you’re looking for a place that’s both stylish and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel with a ton of character. Every inch of the decor has something for you to explore. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and well equipped— only downside is that the table is not very conducive for working, hence this is better as a holiday hotel rather then business one. The location is right in the centre of KL with its pros and cons. While it is near to many places, the traffic can also be very bad.
