I recently hosted my husband’s 40th birthday here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. The space was beautifully set up, the staff were incredibly attentive and professional, and every detail—from the food to the ambiance—was perfect. So many people commented on how great the venue was, and I couldn’t agree more. If you're looking for the perfect place to host a special event, this is it. Highly recommend!

Parking is limited on a narrow road The front garden is on this busy road so not very pleasant The Sunday service was poor - had to wait 15 minutes before I got up to find a server. The food was fantastic yet very expensive. Perhaps not as good as hoped for based on personal recommendations.

I am a repeat customer for a reason. This place is amazing for food and drink and this time I tried a different meal to my usual steak. The prawn starter was superb. Beautifully bursting with delicious flavour and was portioned well as a starter (though I would of loved more!). The lamb main was excellent, the meat was cooked perfectly and worked well with the rest of the dish. Because it was a 'shank' I felt there could have been a chop or two more as the chops were small and there was only 3 total - this is my only criticism. The sticky toffee was a brilliant ending, moist and hot. Absolutely perfect.
