The Rupestral House Hotel

Lovely and welcoming stay at this cave hotel in Uchishar. Room was generally clean and spacious. Bathroom was large!!! We had very good rest. The hotel is located strategically next to Uchishar castle and short walk to the caves and fairy chimneys across from Uchishar castle. We spent hours just exploring the surroundings for free. Amazing breakfast. Breakfast starts after the hot air balloon is over but u can sit at terrace to enjoy the views. They also helped us to arrange a last minute horse riding tour in morning to view hot air balloons. Amazing experience!!! Highly recommended. Only thing was Google didn’t give great directions to car park. But we figured eventually.

We highly recommend this place! A beautiful hotel with warm and helpful people. It’s well located at the very top of Uchisar, literally right next to Uchisar Castle. You get the perfect view of the hot air balloons at 6 a.m., and their breakfast is excellent. We ate and drank on their balcony almost every day—it offers a stunning view over the city. Their cave rooms are definitely worth a try! The hotel is clean, charming, and very well maintained. The manager and staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They’re always smiling and ready to assist. If you have any questions about what to do around the area, just ask them!

Everything was Absolutely Perfect! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of Uçhisar Castle and the entire valley. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of local food. The rooftop terraces offered a spectacular view of the hot air balloons floating across the sky. Staying here was far better than staying in Göreme as it offered a way more peaceful and romantic atmosphere and unparalleled scenery. The staff were extraordinary friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay an unforgettable experience. The beds were super cozy. Plus, Mel’s Restaurant next door had the best food we had during our entire trip. If we could give this place 6 stars, we absolutely would! We had such a beautiful, relaxed stay. Thank you for making our visit so perfect!
