Very good value for the money. A bit far from Göreme but around is calm and quiet. Rooms are made in the rocks and there is jacuzzi in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable, even the extra bed for our son were quite comfortable and it felt like real bed. Breakfast were amazing! Handmade, tasteful and rich. Better than an open table breakfast! The owner lady was very kind, smiling and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel for a family or individual trip!
Alaz Cave Hotel was truly an incredible experience! The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor that immerses you in the charm of Cappadocia. The staff went above and beyond; they were not only attentive and helpful but genuinely kind and a pleasure to chat with. The hotel’s location is ideal—you can see the iconic hot air balloons right from the hotel, and everything, including shops and restaurants, is conveniently close. The neighbors in the area are so warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of the whole experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, memorable stay with top-notch hospitality, the Alaz Cave Hotel is a must-visit!
The hotel is a bit difficult to locate as it is on a small side street. It has a very unique design. The room itself could use more light as all available light fixtures offer fairly limited illumination. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. Expect to be woken up at about 4:30 AM for a 10-minute prayer blasted from a nearby minaret. The owner/staff is amazingly helpful and customer service oriented. It made a huge impression on me. Thank you. Breakfast is overwhelming, I've never seen so much food on a table.
