We had an amazing experience at Saffron. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The hotel’s restaurant offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes, all prepared with great quality and flavor. Whether it was breakfast or dinner every meal was a treat. We highly recommend Saffron to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable stay. Can’t wait to return.

1.The receptionisMs Arifa is caring well behaved always responsive 2.Staff mr Bakshi,Asif,mr Amir,Sahil,Toiba and also F&BStaff took care of our luggage and us. 3.Rooms slotted to us on fourth floor were spacious and tidy. Few issues in bathrooms has to be reviewed like leakages and drains to be cleaned. 5.Chef is skilled in preparing varieties. Few Kashmiri dishes are also required 6.rest is excellent.

The service is too good! We have got a lot of help when needed from Mr. Amir! He has been a major helping hand specially with our customers who were sick in the midnight and have assisted us in taking them to the hospital and also helped us with all other requirements!
