The Saga Hotel Hoi An

Great hotel, even better staff! Hotel has been recently renovated so the entire property is really clean and well kept. Location is a bit of a walk into old town but a complimentary shuttle is available (as well to the beach). Cannot emphasize how friendly and helpful all the staff were throughout our entire stay. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Hoi An!

We stayed at Saga for 4 nights it was amazing. The service is top tier the facilities are great, rooms are clean and the staff are the friendliest people I have met. Tram the supervisor in the restaurant checked in on us every morning and provided us with anything we needed she made our stay great and made us feel welcomed! Along with the other staff in the restaurant and at the hotel they made for a wonderful stay. Everyone was is so kind and helpful. Check out the Saga Bar has a pool table, foosball, darts, and a great bar! I want to come back already.

An Amazing Stay at The Saga – Exceeded All Expectations! I stayed at The Saga for 6 nights, and honestly, words can't do justice to how amazing the experience was. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful – they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to both the Old Town and the beach, which made exploring the area super easy. A special shoutout to the receptionist who recommended The Deck House – it was a fantastic spot and ended up being one of our favorite places during the trip. Our room was squeaky clean and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping came by once or even twice a day, ensuring everything was always spotless and comfortable. The level of attention to detail and care was genuinely impressive. Overall, I can't recommend The Saga enough. It’s the kind of place that makes your vacation feel extra special – thanks to the incredible staff, great amenities, and all the thoughtful touches. Will definitely be returning!
