We had a fantastic stay at St. Falls Resort, and a big part of that was thanks to Jerry from customer service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, Jerry went above and beyond to assist us always with a warm attitude and genuine care. It’s rare to come across such professional and thoughtful service these days. The resort itself is beautiful, but it’s the top-notch service that really sets it apart. Highly recommended, and a special shoutout to Jerry for making our stay so memorable.
Just had a really good stay after being upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment (yay!). Staff were very helpful and the location makes life so easy for ski school dropoff. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing too.
Family of four stayed in June 2024. We booked a one bedroom with sofa bed and spa, and luckily got upgraded to a two bedroom. Wed definitely needed the two bedrooms in hindsight! The location is fantastic and suitable with two young kids lugging their ski gear everywhere. The rooms were great, with a full kitchen set up. The staff were helpful and pleasant. It snowed nearly every day we were there (late June). It was a magical holiday.
