The Sakala Resort Bali All Suites

Our holiday turned out to be amazing. It’s just a bit unfortunate that the hotel doesn’t have direct access to the beach since it’s not a private beach. All the staff provided excellent service, especially Annisa. She is truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us warmly and assisted us to our room. She also became a new friend to our daughter and son during our stay and even gave her a gift when we left. She also accompanied us to the drop-off to say goodbye. We’re leaving with hearts full of love.

Beautiful and well maintained resort! Pools are clean and temperature controlled. Breakfast buffet has a great variety and very well seasoned food. In room dining food was also delicious especially the club sandwich. We stayed in the luxury suite with pool access which I would recommend. Most importantly the hospitality of the staff is outstanding very polite, respectful and accommodating. The beach by the hotel is mainly for water sports and activities but still offers a nice backdrop to the beachfront swimming pool.

We stayed here for 2 nights. On the first night, we found that the bathroom ceiling had a significant leak. We requested to change rooms, but it took 2 hours of waiting, so we ended up not moving that night because our child was already asleep. We only moved to a new room the next morning. An unpleasant incident happened during check-out. We were charged for food and drinks we never ordered, and the male receptionist spoke in a rude tone without a single apology for the mistake. I had to wait quite a while even though our car was already waiting, until a manager who was more professional came and handled the situation politely and properly. It’s unfortunate that the friendliness of the other staff was overshadowed by the attitude of one staff member. The room was quite spacious. The swimming pool was nice, with a section for kids. Breakfast was also okay, with many options. The kids’ club was also good. The beach, however, is not recommended for those who want to relax, as it was dirty with many boats, jet skis, and people offering their rides. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for us
