Hotel staff, including Manager Rick Leung, Duty Manager Ms. Ece, and her team, have been exceptionally helpful in assisting me with several matters, such as changing rooms and resolving a reservation issue. Their kind and warm hospitality truly stood out, hence, making my stay at the hotel very enjoyable one. Strongly recommend this hotel to others.
We stayed at The Salisbury – YMCA of Hong Kong as a family, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was perfect for us — right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just a short walk to the MTR, Nathan road, the Star Ferry, and plenty of shopping malls and restaurants. It made getting around really easy. We stayed in a Partial Harbour View Suite, and it was spacious, clean, and with a lovely view of Victoria Harbour that we enjoyed both day and night. It gave us just the right amount of space to relax after a day out in the city. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was another highlight — lots of choices to suit both adults and kids, with a nice mix of Western and Asian dishes. All in all, The Salisbury was a great base for our family trip to Hong Kong: clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We’d definitely stay here again.
I’ve stayed here for almost a week ; Great location, clean rooms , staff not so friendly with no English fluency, the breakfast is not that great as it doesn’t have much choices and not really accommodating vegetarian requirements. I’ve tried asking the cook on the omelette station to clean or use a fresh pan instead of the one used with pork.. he didn’t bother or maybe didn’t understand my request.
