Friendliest staff of any hotel we’ve stayed in. The rooms are spotless as is the rest of the hotel. The breakfast is amazing and can’t be beaten anywhere else in the lakes! The pool and spa areas and gym are well equipped and spotless. A home from home!
This hotel has a great location, a high level of service, and comfort. we would definitely stay here again, special mention to Ryan in the restaurant who never stopped running around after guests. One slight problem is parking. You need to ring and reserve a space if you have a disabled badge.
A gem in the heart of Ambleside, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay- beautiful rooms and a luxury spa! We felt very welcomed and respected staying here. The breakfast was fantastic!
