Stay here May 30-June 2. Love it lol simply put, it was easy, quiet for the most part, no weed smells, or cigarette smells or odors in general. Clean and definitely looked and felt cozy. I brought my own pillow so I'm sure what their pillows are like. The beds are supportive so if you got some weight on you then you will definitely enjoy a good nights rest. I wish I could be a brand ambassador it was that nice! Sofia at the front desk was fast, efficient and courteous. Andrew who I believe was a night manager helped me get my phone charged when I had lost mine. Brandon the valet smiled every time I passed through the doors and held the door for me every time. This is why I prefer smaller hotels. No one seems over worked or overwhelmed. It wasn't busy, no long lines, simple quick and easy. You can walk pretty much anywhere downtown with its proximity to everything, especially the night life. The video I'll post is of the last day before I leave so it's a little messy but at least you can see what the room looks like and the size. The video is just my own personal video I do when staying places so that I have my own evidence when leaving a place just in case something comes up broken/missing and no one can say I did it. Also, I'm 6'2 and 180 pounds so hopefully that helps put things into perspective.
All staff are friendly - from the front desk to the bar, they deserve 5 stars. Good location, easy walking distance to the metro station. The only issue was the hotel info provided during booking and after arrival were inaccurate, we received emails in advance saying the renovation ends on April 13 which we were expecting a full service capacity hotel, but in reality the renovation is still ongoing.
The hotel is under construction until early fall, but the location is great, and the staff are super friendly and gave great service. Especially Tania & Todi. They made me feel welcome the minute I walked into the restaurant bar area for a Happy hour appetizers & cocktail. We even took a selfie!
