The Samaya Seminyak

This resort was amazing! First, the hospitality. Everyone here was very friendly and attentive to us. I was impressed that the staff even knew our names and addresed us accordingly when we arrive at the restaurant or in greeting us as we passed. Next was the location. The resort is within the town area so just stepping out of the resort will bring you into the town area. A 3 minute walk will take you to the main street where you can find food, shops, spas etc. And not the resort itself. The resort is situated right at the beach so you get a beautiful view of the sea at all times, whether you're having breakfast or dinner at the restaurant, or just chilling at the poolside. Although there are villas at the main resort, we booked one of the larger private villas which was located across the street. You can either walk over in about 2 minutes or call for a buggy and they will transport you to and from your villa. I do want to just say that while there are 2 restaurants at the resort, the main one is Breeze at the beach area. Although the website and GM's letter states that the other restaurant, Brasserie, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, that is incorrect. The Brasserie only serves afternoon tea and is totally empty most times. But then, you can always head to the Breeze very easily. All in, I would say that we had a great stay at The Samaya and will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed at The Samaya for the start of our honeymoon in Bali, and it was the perfect introduction to the island. The villa was absolutely stunning, with a wide range of luxurious amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The staff were exceptional – so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. We really felt looked after from the moment we arrived, with the team paying close attention to every detail. Breakfast each morning was varied and delicious, and the afternoon tea was such a lovely touch – something we really looked forward to each day. We were genuinely sad to leave and would absolutely recommend The Samaya to anyone looking for a luxurious, welcoming, and memorable experience in Bali.

We came here for a refreshing drink by the beach. The place looks great and the pool are is amazing. Everything is very clean and we really liked our stop here. They have a nice menu and the drinks are really good. You can easily spend the day here by the beach with their nice pool and lovely view. Overall great experience and is really recommended.
