The Samaya Ubud is absolutely breathtaking and my boyfriend and I had the most amazing time from check in to check out. From the moment we stepped foot into the villa the service we received from all staff was impeccable. The villa itself was stunning, with a gorgeous pool and lovely interior. The daily cleaning and turn down service was a great touch. I highly recommend all of the dining facilities with high quality, delicious breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The views from the Scene and Swept away restaurants are stunning. The complementary shuttle service to the Ubud centre is a great touch and was very handy. Our massage at the Samaya Spa was beyond relaxing and every aspect of the experience was amazing. Overall I highly recommend The Samaya to absolutely anyone, thank you again to the entire team!!
My husband and I had our honeymoon here at the end of June and it was just breathtaking. The staff were amazing from start to finish, the food was delicious and the villa blew us away! Thank you so much for the most amazing start of our honeymoon! It was a great location near to the centre of Ubud but it was such a tranquil area where the hotel was. The spa was amazing- one of the best full body massages I have ever had. We had a beautiful floating breakfast and dinners at the swept away restaurant. Thank you!!
A terrific resort to stay for couples. I stayed at the Seminyak one for my honeymoon many years ago and returned to try the Ubud one with my young family. For young kids there isn't much to do and the 1.8m deep pool can keep parents worried. My feet couldn't touch the ground so I couldn't support my kids. Other than that, I found the resort absolutely stunning. I want to give a special thanks to the kitchen team for making special meals (given our complex requirements) for my family, everything was delicious. Room service was quick, housekeeping cleaned our room twice a day and a special mention to Istari who helped me with my daughter during breakfast time. She was very friendly and patient.
