Truly an exceptional stay!!! The staff were all wonderful and the restaurant was delightful. Arthur and Caio provided us assistance with check in and made our experience 10/10. Truly a memorable and unforgettable visit and we can’t wait to come back. Love the newer vibe and atmosphere. The rooms were immaculate and so quiet. Highly recommend to all and any who are seeking quality accommodation and hospitality. While it’s not immediately down town core, it’s a quick skip and hop across the bridge to the Temple Bar area, even quicker in a cab.

Great location for our 2 night stay. Easy access to tram. Front desk staff was excellent. We had a few meals in town but the best restaurant experience we had was at the hotel, in the bar area. There 2x for snacks/meal and we given proper service by the wait staff (lovely girl from French Guyana), but I wanted to point out the attention to detail given to us by Kayla. She shines with her customer service and it was a pleasure to have interfaced with her. Keep her, if you can…

I recently stayed at The Samuel Hotel and overall found the experience comfortable. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that I believe are worth mentioning. First, I had paid for additional breakfasts for five days, but this didn’t reflect in the restaurant system. It seemed like the data between the front desk and the restaurant wasn't integrated properly. While the staff kindly treated my breakfasts as complimentary to resolve the confusion, I was still left wondering what happened to the amount I had already paid. Second, we had requested takeaway breakfasts for an early departure on one of the days. The receptionist at the time seemed to note our request in a book, but the next morning, the breakfasts were not prepared. Moreover, the staff member on duty that morning appeared unaware of our request altogether, which suggests a lack of internal communication between shifts. Thankfully, the issue was handled quickly and we did receive the takeaway breakfasts just before leaving. It did seem that the reception team was overwhelmed, possibly due to a nearby conference increasing guest volume. I’d suggest the hotel improve its internal coordination and prepare for high-demand periods more proactively to ensure guest needs are met smoothly. All in all, it’s a nice hotel with great staff, but there's room for improvement in communication and service consistency.
