The Samui Beach Resort

When arrived at the hotel my first impression was "oh this is an old building". As travelling with a friend on a wheelchair I just wished that the room will be ok. Our room was upgraded for easier access and it was by the pool. Thanks. It was good but can be better if it is well maintained. Towels needs to be replaced with new ones. There are so many other hotels in Chaweng area and the hotel needs some beautification to compete with them. But short stay was fine because of the the excellent service from the hotel staff that we are thankful of. THANK YOU.

The hotel is okay, i wouldn’t stay here again but its not the worst. Rooms are clean except some ants crawling on the wall. The family rooms are not designed very good as there are a big window in the toilet so anyone in the room can watch. The hotel has this weird vibe to it, like it’s abandoned and it really looks like it is.

Worst resort to stay in, the advertisements are totally fake, don't believe it, you won't get what you paid for. Paid for a premium room, got put in a standard room, after complaining they put me in a premium room, however, it wasn't the same room as in the picture. Went to complain to the the manager about the room not being what I paid for, and he yelled at me threatening to call the Police, and accused me of just wanting money. Terrible service, and even worst hotel. Unfortunately was stuck here for 1 week because all other hotels close were full, otherwise I would have moved. Food was terrible, and I didn't end up going for breakfast again (even though I had paid), and the pool was discusting, obviously hasn't been cleaned for a while. No vibe at all as the pool bar wasn't operational, and once I eventually found someone to order a beer from, the beers were warm as they had forgot to switch the fridge on. I don't know what else could have gone wrong. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.
