Another brilliant stay at this wonderful resort where everything works, thanks to GM Greg Williams and his amazing team. Large comfortable suite, excellent fitness facility, great pool and superb food (complete flexibility as to menu choice) and dining facilities has made this a favourite place for us. The staff are a highlight; from the greetings at ferry arrival to support around the resort, we felt so well looked after. We are already planning our next visit. Terimakasih Banyak!

Our 4-day, 3-night escape to The Sanchaya Bintan was everything a luxury getaway should be – serene, beautiful, and flawlessly serviced. The villas are spacious and elegant, the pool is divine, and the beach pristine. However, the standout moment, the one that transformed our stay from excellent to unforgettable, was the incredible attention given to my vegan dietary requirements. From the moment I mentioned being vegan, the Chef took it as a personal mission. Over the course of four days, the Chef team crafted a series of bespoke vegan dishes that were not merely substitutions, but culinary masterpieces in their own right. Each meal was creative, beautifully presented, and bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. It was evident the team put genuine thought and passion into creating diverse and satisfying options far beyond the usual salad or pasta. The care and respect shown were truly humbling. This exceptional level of personalized service, especially from the culinary team led by this talented Chef's team exemplifies The Sanchaya's commitment to exceeding expectations. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive, but the Chef's dedication deserves special recognition. Greg, the General Manager, expertly oversees the entire operation, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for without being intrusive. His proactive approach to addressing our needs and solving any issues was exceptional—something rarely found even in luxury hotels. Maria in the dining room was a standout, adding a personal touch that made every meal enjoyable. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail made dining here a delightful experience. The cocktails and meals were top-notch, showcasing the incredible talent of the chef and bar staff. Moreover, the room cleaning staff played a vital role in our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness enhanced our comfort and overall experience. The private transfers to and from the ferry, complete with private lounge access, made the journey exceptionally easy and stress-free.
